What is LeaderSkills for HR Professionals?

A COMPLIMENTARY LEADERSHIP COURSE FOR HR PROFESSIONALS
  • A three-week experience of our three-month course. At no cost to you.
  • A group of HR Professionals (in non-competitive businesses) meet together to learn and discuss the leadership issues, they themselves, are having.
  • An experiential way to evaluate whether our course would be helpful to managers and leaders in your company.

Because the people who experience LeaderSkills always recommend it to others.  And, who better to recommend us than an HR professional?

It's great for you.  You are often asked to help find solutions to gaps in leadership training.  This helps you experience a course so you can confidently recommend it.

t's great for us.  We get introduced to companies who don't know us.

​​What's the catch?

There's no catch.  It really is a Win/Win.

Here's all we ask if you like your experience with us:
  • Recommend us to your company, as appropriate. Our fee for the full program is $1,500 per person.
  • Suggest the names of other HR Professionals who would enjoy the course.
  • Let us know how we can improve.  We've been doing this for six years now and love finding new ways to be better.

How does it work?

  • ​A combination of on-line learning and small group discussion, facilitated by a leadership expert.
  • Three-week program.
  • One module a week.  (Time Management & Delegation, Handling Conflict, Growing Others)
  • Each week experience a few short videos.  We will share some helpful concepts and tools your team can apply.  Then we meet to discuss.
  • Time commitment each week: 1-2 hours.
