​​How does it work?

It's pretty darn easy.
  • You apply to be a LeaderSkills facilitator.  No cost to you.
  • We give you full access to our Learning Platform.
  • You watch the modules and either attend the facilitated discussions or watch recordings of them.
  • You become familiar with the Facilitators Guide.
  • You introduce the program to your clients using our website and materials.
  • Once you have a group of 6-10 participants, we handle all the enrollment and administration.
  • You show up for 45-minutes to an hour to facilitate each of the six modules.
  • ​Pretty simple.

How do you qualify?


​We are most interested in who you are and what experience you have had.  Any of the following can qualify you to facilitate LeaderSkills.
  • You are (or have been) a Director-level or above leader.
  • ​You have a recognized coaching Certification.
  • You have a successful leadership or business coaching practice.
  • You have group facilitation experience.

Let's do the math.

When we say lucrative, we aren't kidding.  Here's how the numbers work:
  • You sell the program for $1,500 per participant (or more if you want).
  • You pay us $750 per student.
  • If you enroll 10 participants at $1,500 you generate $15,000 and pay us $7,500.
  • You net $7,500.
  • You spend 6 hours facilitating the 6 modules.  
  • You make $1,250 an hour.
  • Sell it for $2,000 and you make $2,083 an hour.
  • Sound too good to be true?  It's not.  We've been doing this for years.

How do I present this to my clients?  I mean, Nan O'Connor is on all the videos?
You become partners with Nan.  She created the online learning content.  You will facilitate the live discussions.  You tell them we are partnering on this leadership program.

Who is Nan O'Connor?
She is a Coach U graduate and MCC.  She went to Coach U back in the dark ages and has had a successful coaching practice for over 20 years. She is a former business owner and knows leadership first-hand.   

What's so special about LeaderSkills?
One day one of Nan's clients said he wanted her to create a leadership program for their managers.  In her usual direct style, she said "Go get one off the shelf.  There are a million out there."  He said he had looked and what he found was either too lofty and not practical or so basic it was not useful.  He said. "You are a no BS kind of gal, create a no BS kind of leadership program."  So, she did.  And she retained the intellectual property and launched LeaderSkills  And it's been wildly successful.  We have had over 1,000 enrollments.

What support will you give me?
  • We provide a website and brochure to help you introduce the program to your clients.
  • We will train you to be an excellent facilitator of the program.
  • We provide a Facilitator's Guide to help you facilitate each of the modules.
  • Nan is available to answer any questions you have about facilitating or selling the program.
  • We handle all the enrolling and administration of the Learning Platform.  You don't have to do anything technical.
  • We schedule the group meetings for you.  (Or you can schedule them yourself if you like.)
